This business is refusing payment on the place I have been living at for 5 years. Say they can only accept payment from my ex who I just was court ordered the house from via quiet title action and my grandfather's name was and is still on the paperwork, yet they say they can't take my payment. This place is dropping the paperwork on the place which causes an inconvenience for me as well as for the person that the payments go to for the place I am buying. They accepted money from me before but not now even though this went through a court process and they should honor that!
