  I am a member here and I've had issues in the past especially when today when I asked for a direct deposit form and it came through incorrectly when I had waited for it sometime the one huge plus I could say about AMOCO Federal Credit Union is every once in awhile you find a gem in the rough. Her name is Shawna S I had to call back for the same issue she knew how to handle the call she knew how to express empathy she knew how to bring a little bit of laughter to the situation she was very courteous and professional and it was an outstanding job for that I give them four stars just on her alone

  Shady tactics. Will block your card if you are 30 days behind on your car payment without any warning. Not even mentioned when the bank account is made. Will be closing my account this weekend.
