I just closed on my mortgage and all I can say is that everyone there was very professional. My closing went off without a hitch. The only problem was that is did take long to process. I assume that is because rates are very low and turnaround has been slowed down.

Awful company. They made an error on an FHA appraisal order by performing the FHA appraisal without using the correct form, and then tried to pass it off as an FHA appraisal. Completely unhelpful in trying to fix the error that their appraiser, Kim Douglas, made. Stay away from this company at all cost. It could cost you any transaction you’re trying to close.
