This is one of the nicest group of people I have met at Amscot. The waiting time is never too long. If it does get long, it's because a customer usually is having issues with their own paper work not being valid and the employee has to check and make sure everything is legit. However, this location has always processed my request pretty fast.

Absolute terrible experience. I have always gone to Amscot for just about anything. I pay bills through them, any loans taken out have been paid on time. Never had any issues or concerns up until today. I spoke with one of the managers at this location (Pedro R.) about 2 weeks ago in regards to payments. I was not notified in any way and when I advised. Manager and associate confirmed my phone number was incorrect in their system. My phone number was changed by one of their associates without my consent ever. I have always gotten updates or any notifications up until this little mishap recently. I asked if they could waive any late fee as I was unaware and one of their associates changed my number. They denied being able waive any fee’s even though it was a one time request and I’ve never had any issues with them AT ALL prior. Manager I spoke with today, just stared blankly disregarding anything I said. I will definitely not be doing any kind of business with them in the near future. Really sad considering they already gain interest off any loans or fee’s added to any bills you pay or of similar interest.
