      Jason is by far the best rep i’ve encounter at an amscot thus far! He really knows his stuff always with a smile and spectacular customer service skills. He always greets me by my name and every time i’ve been in there getting my money orders or paying bills he is the same with everyone else. Even when he is by himself he works so quickly and efficiently, he lets everyone know he will be right with them and treats everyone with respect and is always a helping hand. This is def my favorite location because of it i’m always in and out def recommend all my friends and family to come here!

      Went to get 3 pages notarized. I will not name the man who helped me, but he was argumentative and had no clue what he was doing. At first refusing to notarize my documents stating it was against policy with no explanation. Finally, he understood what I was explaining to him and notarized the documents, which was a hefty $30 that I had to take out of ATM?! And of course pay their ATM fee. He didn’t apologize or thank me. I will never use this location again.
