      I have been to several Amscot locations since living in Tampa and this is by far my favorite. Very clean facility, never a wait and the teller Sapphire I had this morning was so friendly, helpful and above all efficient. I literally drive almost twice as far to go to this location over other branches that are considerably closer. I thouroughly believe in stating when a business or service goes above and beyond and these guys at the kennedy blvd location do it consistantly.

      Horrible customer service. The manager or supervisor really needs to learn how to talk to customers. After asking a simple question about exchanging rolled quarters in for cash this so called manager had the rudest attitude and tried to belittle us by saying she has "no room for that change here" lmao
