Estela was AMAZING! I went to get my first payday advance, and didn't have the documents to bring. I was able to email them, and have them printed out at this location. There was only one employee working, and all the other customers seemed to be impatient. I allowed her a break, and she was awesome! She went above and beyond her job description, and I recommend the Poinciana Amscot before other stores in the area.

I was surprised the way they took a picture of my phone to be able to see my bank account!! I had to make the line 3 times even if they knew that I was there filling out application for a loan. 3 different teller each time.. I'm sure it can improve with customer service and training teller .
