To whoever that finds this helpful… I was in yesterday to cash a check and Elisa was the person who attended me. Let me just say this, I have never been to an establishment and have been treated the way I was treated by Elisa. She was very rude and unprofessional. There was a problem with cashing my check and instead of finding a solution, she shut me out and tried to send me on my way. This is not how someone should be treated and this was not just to me but for other customers that were there. I will NOT be using Amscot services again. Elisa needs reevaluated and re trained. Or maybe even FIRED.

I don’t know who she is (a manager?) but every time I come here she gives me attitude. It just makes for an unpleasant experience and I wish she could take some customer service classes.
