  Antoinette is a master of her craft. She guided me thru a VERY DETAILED process and followed thru on the process with no confusion. I appreciate the temporary cash advance I needed due to an extremely high auto repair bill I had to pay this week.   If i could give this place 0 stars i would.. the 2 heavy girls working here would not allow us to get a money order.. her excuse i just cant do it.. yes it was close to 9 but i came in before 9.. and all it was was a money order for my brother who happens to not have a social so i was gonna get it.. will because we looked for an alternative and called corporate and corprate said we could, she just said no cant do it and won't do it.. this is not customer service.. horrible.. called another store and said no problem come and we can do it.. 🤷‍♀️

  I went to the amstar on Bee Ridge road in Sarasota Florida. I requested money orders and the cashier Internet repeatedly asked me what the money orders were for, if I had any documents to support why I was sending this money,I went to the amstar on Bee Ridge road in Sarasota Florida. I requested money orders and the cashier Antoinette repeatedly asked me what the money orders were for, if I had any documents to support why I was sending this money, and if I would be sending more money orders and what balance if any I would still need to send to them. Totally violated my privacy making me look like I was a criminal when I work hard for my money! I will make sure to get a lawyer now because they violated my civil rights and did this all in front of other customers! Do not go to Amscot! I will be sure to make this even more public with the BBB and the Media.
