      Needed a money order fast! AMSCOT is open late, professional staff and store was clean and inviting. Best of all, they did not charge me!! They offer many other services. If you are in the area, stop in and check out the store. I bet you will be surprised, I was.

      I know people have differences about the masks I get it. There is always one lady, the blonde, that is very rude when I go in there. I did not have a mask on because one there are no mandates in Manatee County and two they do not have a company policy about it and third you are behind bullet proof glass. She tells me put your mask on. So I look down at another customer she is helping as well, no mask on and says nothing to him. If you are going to rudely tell one customer to put a mask on you better tell them all.

      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the second time I called this place and the same lady answered with the most disgusting attitude. Zero professionalism, no willing to help. She asked me a question and since didn’t give her an immediate answered, since I was explaining myself, she went ahead and raised her voice, and asked me again with the most rude tone and worse attitude. Not willing to help at all. This is the second time she does the same. She is rude and super unprofessional.
