  If I could give a 0 I would for today's visit. I was the 3rd customer at the window and 2 more customers entered after me. There is 3 customer service ladys behind the glass but only 1 was doing her best trying to take care of everyone. The other 2 ladys were on the computer laughing and having a great time while we all waited. After 15 minutes I walked out without any service. I work in the service industry and would not tolerate this from my employees. Didnt even get a greeting when walking in. Other amscot locations they will say "welcome to amscot please take a window". Not here you get nothing..if it would of been my first visit I would of been standing there not knowing what to do.

  This is the 3rd time I've gone into Amscot, wasted a half hour, and left empty-handed. On this occasion, I wanted to load a prepaid debit card through Western Union. I was given a pile of applications as though I were trying for a car loan. A half hour later, I turned in my papers and asked again, "Can you load this card?" She swiped it twice, said "Nope", tossed it back through the window and went on to the next person. There is a hole in the wall convenience store nearby with a Western Union sign in the window. The guys barely spoke English and had no problem loading the card. Alrighty then.
