      This has been the worst bank I have ever used. Its staff are unfriendly and have created serious problems especially with regard to the use of their bank card in foreign countries and the use of their security procedures. Even though I filed forms establishing the daily withdrawal limitations these forms were not filed with their parent bank NYC Community Bank. I was left without access to my funds and when I called from Europe they refused to assist me. This isn’t the only serious problem they’ve caused over the years
