I got a loan 1 year ago with Amur Finance I feel very satisfied with my decision of choosing them. After my loan was approved to start running my business, after just 1 week my Commercial Truck broke down. I called them right away and explained the situation. They completely understood and accepted to to delay my payment for 1 month. About a month ago I moved from being over the road driver to local and when i started doing my paperwork this is where i ran into a problem with my title, it was missing. I was driving over the road so i didn't go get it on time, and the bank worked really hard for me to get all my papers done. They sent my papers from being over the road to make my plates local in order to do that you have to have the sales tax and plates and i was in between jobs at the time. They were so understanding and took care of all of that for me and they hired someone to get all the documents and check in order so all i had to do was carry it straight to the DMV and finish the process. They really do care and treat you like family they don't just treat you like a one time customer. They want you to be successful in your business so you can be a returning customer. Any other bank i have ever had a loan with never done what Amur Finance has done. I did what any other customer does make my payments on time, but they really did do so much for me. I suggest if you want to start your own business go with Amur Finance they will take care of you. That is my experience and would defiantly use them again if needed.
