  We recently bought a house in NC and Amy Lowrance was our loan officer and all i can say is WOW!!!!! She is AMAZING! I have to admit, i am pretty clueless when it comes to this kind of stuff, but Amy went above and beyond to explain everything and help us to understand what was going on and what was needed from us . She returned my calls and emails quickly and efficiently and she answered my nine million questions with patience and grace and made our home buying experience such a great one! She always made us feel like we were the most important client , and not just a number. And she is most definitely one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! If you are looking to get a mortgage, Amy is definitely your girl! You will not be disappointed!! Thank you Amy for helping us make our dream come true!!

  Amy Lowrance went far above & beyond any personal service I have EVER received over my many years! I worked with her on a long distance purchase, dealing primarily by phone and email. While not working face to face, her availability and constant attention to detail in helping me every step of the way made this THE easiest mortgage application process that I have ever experienced! Amy could not have possibly made things easier and her bright & upbeat personality made the entire process more enjoyable than I could ever have possibly hoped. While I was thrilled to have my closing completed, I was sad to know we wouldn’t be talking on a regular basis. If possible, I would give her 10 stars vs 5.
