  I had the distinct pleasure of working with Amy on my recent mortgage refinance. She came highly recommended by a family friend. Her knowledge of the process and of the mortgage industry was very apparent from the first call. She listened and answered all of my questions patiently (even if I had already asked them several times). She provided all of the options and it was clear that she was presenting them because they were the best options for my situation. This really prevented any paralysis by analysis on my part and allowed me to lock my rate quickly. I never felt pressured, just very informed even during a crazy rate environment. She guided me through the entire process and when something did arise she had solutions before I ever had to ask for them. I felt like I had an advocate that set proper expectations the entire time. I never felt like I was being sold, Amy was looking out for my best interests which was refreshing. It was a very smooth process and took a lot of pressure of a financial transaction that has a lot of moving parts. I look forward to reaching out to Amy for advice when I look to buy a bigger family home. I will happily recommend Amy to my family and friends when they need an advocate to assist them with their mortgage.
