  It was a pleasure to work with Anastasia. She is a superior loan specialist and person. She went above and beyond to facilitate my needs and truly worked to ensure I was able to close on the home of my dreams. Anastasia is a proven expert in her craft and I believe all veterans can respect that. If you are shopping for a loan specialist, whether you are using a VA or conventional loan there is absolutely no one I recommend more than Anastasia. As a veteran, I can guarantee all my fellow veterans that you will not find a more dedicated loan professional than Anastasia. As someone who is not a veteran, rest assured knowing this woman will lose sleep at night to ensure she gets things done for you. As long as I remain in the area I will always go back to Anastasia Shellhouse for all my loan needs! Highly recommend, if more than five stars were optional she certainly would deserve them

  Used her back in 2021, I was with her for 65 days, on the 65th day where she said she was waiting to hear from the underwriter…she was ghosting me and my realtor the week leading up to “closing”… the day of “closing” I was having to pack my uhaul because, well I thought I was moving… finally I get on the phone with her at 1pm in the afternoon and she said she couldn’t get me to the closing table unless I paid off my credit cards and brought 3k more to the closing. I didn’t have those extra funds and she proclaimed “well can you borrow from a family member?” Not everyone has that luxury in life. i felt like my time was completely wasted and I should’ve been communicated more in the beginning of trying to close on the home INSTEAD of the last possible minute. In the end I went with someone else who got me to the closing table without all those extra funds and pay offs she was requesting. I’ve spoken to other realtors in the area and it turns out I’m not the only one she’s done this too!! do your research before choosing Anastasia

  I used Anastasia for my home loan. She is hard working, responsive, and HONEST. Also, MSA mortgage has the BEST rates!!
