  Best bank, hands down! No fees to pay the bank managers salary and free checks! And I NEVER have my card shut off if I am traveling, just a pleasany courtesy call. Love this bank and never leaving!

  Having this bank during COVID has been a nightmare. The limited online banking doesn't work, this bank is offering less services and is harder to get a hold of than any other bank in the area. I get that it is a difficult time, but when other banks are more capable of helping me than my own, its time to switch. I would not recommend.

  Very disappointed opened a new a accout with them and if you do you will receive $50 by the way you get taxed on I found out later and the $50 bonus takes up to 30 days to show in your account all that and I never received any information on what I signed ,I feel like I was mislead when the employee (brian) told me the $50 bonus would show in my account the following day and no information on my account, RIDICULOUS, plan on closing my account in 93 days. TY Tom for your phone call but I'm not comfortable with a Bank that employee's don't know what there doing sry still be closing account as soon as grace period is over sry...CLOSED ACCOUNT Yesterday,needs to be said that ANB Has very unprofessional staff wouldn't recommend this bank at all I have recently opened an account with Alpine Bank great friendly staff and PROFESSIONAL....
