  Had my first experience with ABB this week. Needed an auto loan and was referred to them. Everything was great - customer service, quick, honest, and informative. He even noticed another loan I had with a high interest rate and helped me get it transferred to a new loan with a MUCH lower interest rate. We plan on switch all of our accounts over to ABB.

  I am posting my review under my sig. others account I had worst experience ever. The teller claimed she couldn’t verify my cashiers check bc it was from out of state. She was practically screaming “customer service” at the prompts when trying to call my bank. She claimed she “didn’t understand” the prompts…..? Not sure what you don’t understand about an basic prompt. The same lady accused me of “driving away” with this mans property as we were trying to settle a sale. The staff proceeded to claim my check was fake, took my check and kept it from me. It wasn’t until I demanded my check back that they finally gave it back to me. Long story short, there was never an issue with the check. The staff needs serious re-training however the first woman really needs written up for the way she accused me, refused to do her job, and didn’t even attempt any form of an apology.

  Everyone is very nice, but I must say (drive up) is the slowest I have ever seen. I don't know what they are doing, but even a straight deposit is slow, I was in banking 10 years and worked a drive up, customers were in and out quickly. Thats my only complaint.
