  I never have a problem with the people in the bank. They are all kind. No one is ever rude. They always go above and beyond for me. Even with a 30 min notice they still were able to put everything together that I needed. I have things on file with them...they have never misplaced. I would like to add during this pandemic I couldn’t ask for a nicer, kinder bunch of people!

  This branch has managed to misplace my mothers power of attorney papers 3 times now. In turn causing a lot of time and headaches for our family as we try to manage moms bills. Thinking of moving her accounts to a credit union. Shame my parents have been customers here since they opened. Just left with a feeling of disorganization and sloppy work here.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had. Rude to their customers, and every time I’ve gone in there someone is filing a fraud report. Switched to a credit union, and am treated like a human there. Update: oh no Craig, I am more than happy where I am. You will never have my business again, and I will tell anyone who wants to know how horribly you treat your customers.
