      Absolutely, hands down, the worst bank in the region. My fiancee and I stopped to check the balance on her debit card at the ATM. While looking at the receipt the machine sucked her card back in. When I went into bank to get it back they refused to because we where not customers. They essentially robbed us. The women working where horribly rude. There should be a sign on machine saying you need to grab your card quickly or the bank will keep it unless you are a customer. Horrible

      They may have improved since I left this bank but customer service was not very good. They would only have one teller working, stop waiting on you to answer the phone and not all tellers were friendly
