  I am a home owner that did not work personally with this company but the buyers of our house have. They have turned what was supposed to be a 45 day escrow into over 70 days with no end in sight. Please Please please, if you are a seller be wary of your buyers tell you this is the finance company they are going through!! There is a lot of mishandling of paperwork and no consideration for what the seller is having to put up with just to try and get a home sold!!

  I am sorry you feel that way. I do not believe you know the real story and I would love to share it with you but consumer privacy laws preclude me discussing the intricacies of the transaction and to discuss the details you’ve highlighted would violate my client’s personal rights. Every loan transaction is unique as to the borrower, property and the participants involved in the transaction. For example dealing with the assumption of solar contracts can be frustrating. We would never purposely withhold documents. Also I am saddened that you felt it necessary to broadcast health issues during such a difficult time. Homeowners Financial Group and myself strive to ensure the process is as smooth as possible and apologizes for the perceived interruptions that influenced your comments.

  Andrew helped us get our first home just recently. I was very p[leased with his service. He knows the loan process step by step and will make sure you understand everything and very responsive with calls/text/emails when ever we had questions. Before him we were with a loan officer who was making the whole process a complete nightmare, it shouldn't be that way. I highly recommend andrew. Also knows how to work with VA loans.
