I was waiting to write a review until we had used their services for a while to make payments. It turns out they sold our loan to a terrible company even before the first payment was due. We picked them partly because they were a local company and we wanted to support the community so we are disappointed. The experience up to signing was good with good weekly updates but did not care for the huge animated GIFs at the beginning of many/most the emails. It is especially obnoxious on mobile. We had a good experience when we talked to people directly and they answered our questions well.
