  Gerry and Sonia were great. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. It was a pleasure working with them. They did an amazing job and we were able to get approved for a mortgage. Highly recommend their services!

  I never write reviews because I think it's possible someone can have a bad day and I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I would be doing a disservice to our industry if I didn't write a review now. Carmen lacked integrity, compassion and communication throughout the entire transaction. She was misleading and not once took responsibility for any of her actions. I can't speak for the rest of the company because the loan officer on the deal was Carmen and the processor was Mayra and they equally caused undue stress and extra work for the rest of us that were trying to close a transaction.

  I'm a guy who knows I can get a loan. I have good credit, and properties that are in my favor, I can say that about myself....as for Carmen Villaseñor, she is a very unprofessional alone officer her title "Operations Manager" ha what a laugh. I feel since I know my stuff and she can't pull a fast one on me, she didn't bother running anything. I had a 10am appointment that was delayed due to her over booking herself. I wasn't seen till almost 11am, and was told the respond time should be no more then 2weeks and 2weeks out for getting the loan money! 2weeks into seeing Carmen I hadn't heard anything from her so as I know costumer service isn't what it use to be I called her to follow up. I got her voice mail and left a message...it been an additional 2weeks and I still haven't heard from her. Talk about unprofessional....and the reason why I say " I feel since I know my stuff and she can't pull a fast one on me" she spent 20min with my wife and I, and an hour with the other couple before us, I was able to see right through her office so I know it was one couple, we got there early and dint knock till 20min later, this lady isn't "operating" anything here!
