Sarah was incredibly helpful throughout our home purchase. She was readily available to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable! She even personally reached out to the selling agent of the home we wanted to purchase to reassure them that our loan would go through with no issues, even as a VA loan. In today's market, that is very helpful when trying to get sellers to accept an offer. She kept us informed each step of the way throughout the entire closing process.

every time I get an email to "rate my service" or "rate my experience," I immediately skip it and never think about it again. NOT THIS TIME. I could type for 2 hours and it wouldn't be enough to describe how great Maureen is and how great she was through the process of building our home and getting our loan done. When we had (several) bumps in the road, she was right there to help us every time and was always looking for solutions. She was rock solid all the way through the finish line. I very simply will not recommend or use anyone else ever again so help me God above.
