      My personal experience working with Angella Conrard on a reverse mortgage, and one of the top things I first look for, is that she is honest and will not try to sales pitch you just to close a deal. She's prompt, returns calls, explains procedures that you might not have knowledge to complete or fill out, and works hard on your behalf!       Angela was wonderful and going above and beyond to help me get my reverse mortgage. I don't think she's ever had such a difficult one to handle but in the end I got my reverse mortgage and I can only put the thank yous to her. If you need reverse mortgage help I would definitely choose her for your agent.

      Angela was thorough, competent, available, patient, and friendly at all times. She went out of her way to help me understand if I was a good candidate, or not, for a Reverse Mortgage. She makes sure her clients fully understand what a Reverse Mortgage is and the process of getting one. Great customer orientation/service at a time when this important characteristic of business professionalism is all too often lacking. I highly recommend Angela if you're considering a Reverse mortgage.
