      So far horrible. Can't access my account for 7 days now! Card activation center says I need a primary phone number or they won't a private. I've always had a phone number on my account. Said get hold of bank. Right! Closed on 1st. Holiday weekend. Lines on Saturday around the block! In meantime bills are late and I have no access to my money! Who's idea to do on first when people get their checks and on a holiday weekend. No brains! May change my bank!

      This bank is horrible. Horrible at communication, horrible at customer service. Takes days to hear back from anybody. I do not recommend this bank to anybody. There are bunch better credit unions available in SJC.
