  I felt informed throughout the process. Joyce, Kaley, and Gina were super responsive whenever we had questions. I appreciate that Val checked in throughout the process and helped me to understand the pre-approval and lending process as a first time home buyer. Excellent communication between so many different parties involved in the closing process! Everything was done by the VC mortgage team with about a week to spare before closing.

  Carolyn was great. She kept in constant contact. Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea of what I needed or really what the process was. She walked me through it and kept me almost minute by minute updated. I personally made a few documention errors, again first time buyer, but she was right there to help me correct them and even saved the original closing date. That's already on top of the fact that she got me a great interest rate and was able to keep me in my target monthly mortage payments with all the factors involved. Even after the close, when I still had a few afterthought questions, she was right there to answer them.
