  Lewis V. was great! He kept me informed on the next step each time we moved passed a house buying milestone. Starting from preapproval all the way until closing. When it got down to closing and dealing with the underwriters, Lewis was able to explain to me why there was so many questions and kept me calm when I felt like I was repeating myself. Can't leave out Linda! Linda K. worked with me in describing what the needs of the underwriters to get this to closing. She went above and beyond when it came to communication. She is on the east coast and I'm on the west coast. There were multiple times that we were communicating later in the evening, and it was closer to midnight where she was located. She also made the necessary calls needed to make my closing the best that it could be. To include calling my current and previous employers, and insurance companies to get paperwork from them. Overall, the teamwork provided by these two made my first home buying experience as painless as possible.
