  My wife and I worked with Annika and her team as first time homebuyers. Annika has been insanely helpful from the beginning, and was *especially* helpful when a for sale by owner popped up and we had to stop working with a realtor. At that point we had no clue how to proceed and Annika was there to just walk us through paperwork for an offer to purchase so we could get locked in on a decent rate and under contract. She then assured us that we were her priority for the day and delivered on that promise. She didn't have to step up as much as she did but her doing so made me feel 100% comfortable with a mortgage company I'd previously never heard of. I continued to hear wonderful things about the company itself at the closing table from the lawyer processing our transaction. Annika and team have so much to offer. We closed yesterday and are looking forward to a refi. We'll be back!

  It took me many attempts of trying to buy a home...I would put in a offer, and lose it to someone else. Every step of the way, Annika and her team was there to support me through these frustrating attempts of trying to buy a home. These team is awesome, and I feel very grateful to have them in my corner. My frustrations paid off in a big way...I found the place of my dreams, and Annika was there to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible to ensure a successful closing. You will not be disappointed if you choose this team!
