  This company and local office treated me so awful and disrespected. Tried to put full coverage on two vehicles and home insurance on my belongings. They said I was high risk because I didn't have insurance for 6 months. ( didn't need to. ) So....they ask me to come down..sign some papers...appeal I imagine. Never explained nothing. Takes 5 - 10 days. 10 days goes by...no word at all. Call them and ask what's going on. They say the will call whomever they call and find out what's going on. Call us 3 days later. They never call. Me or my girlfriend call them back. They have no answers. To make a long story short...they lied to us...strung us along...never called when they said they were. And during some of the worst weather. I haven't driven either of my vehicles in over a month. Means my girlfriend has been catching rides to work and back for a month or more...and I have been walking in the negative weather for a month. I have never posted a comment like this before...usually keep things inside. Not a complainer...but, they treated me like garbage. If they didn't want to insure me...could have just said so.
