I called about a drumset for my 10 yr old special needs son. I was told it was a complete set that it had been tested and was in good working condition. He said they tested it themselves. When I got there they had already taken it apart and was getting it ready little did I know that it was not put together in the first place. Whrn i got home and tried to put it together and found that one of the drums were broken one of the stands qas so rusted it wouldnt open parts of the symbals were missing there was no kicker for the bass drum no seat and drum stucks were splintery. I called and was told to call next day then to to call again next day then told the manager wasn't even coming in . I asked if they could call her? Up to this point I was led to believe that it would be able to be returned. The woman I spoke with said they never got in computer and that it had been sitting for a long time which is why it was all rusted and broken which I would of known if it was still put together. The man I asked after telling me the pieces that were missing were not part of the set but the drums couldn't be played without them if the manager could call me. She never did. It was my fault I should of had them put it together and show me it was in good working condition like i was told it was in however I never leave my son with anyone but I wanted it to be a surprise so I was in a hurry. This however shows the character of thus shop. Now I have a very disappointed son and a broken drumset picked in my garage that cost me $230. Thank you anyday loan
