We had the absolute best experience with APCU with a personal loan. Andre Hicks went above and beyond to help us with our loan and vehicle transaction. I haven’t received this kind of customer service in many years. They have earned a customer for life with us. Andre was the most helpful loan representative ever. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. We are getting a mortgage loan through APCU and our guy ordered the appraisal a week before closing which in turn has made our closing get pushed back 2 times now with us getting charged 150$ per day we do not close. He dropped the ball and refuses to take responsibility. His supervisors refuse to speak to me i have left messages and he has acknowledged that I have called them but they will not contact me back. This whole process has been so unnecessarily stressful. If you get David wagner as a lender agent RUN and request someone else. He knew for over a month when closing was and has no excuse as to why he did not order our appraisal in time.
