      My sister had an account with this credit union. She passed away 12/12/2020. I have called them numerous times to advise them of her death. I have provided a death certificate. They still refused to close her account. They serviced charged it until nothing was left. Today I got a form for life insurance. What a joke

      Heard great things about APCU went to open an account and was treated less then poorly wasn't even greeted or acknowledged, by the teller who needed to assist me. He continued to ignore me and after being reminded 3xs by the other teller I was first and waiting for his help as I was needing to open a new account, he repeatedly moved on to other members as they walk through the door never ever acknowledging me other then looking at me after the other teller would continue to remind him I was next. After about 3 of 4 times of this, I left with not ever even an hello from this guy. beyond dissatisfied
