  Update: After owning the SUV a month the RPMs would jump up/down as I was driving and it felt like the transmission didn't know which gear to shift into. I took it to the Acura dealership and they had to flush the transmission fluid, diff fluids and do a computer update which cost me $815 but it fixed the issue. Then 2 nights ago the SUV left me stranded and wouldn't start because of a battery connector issue which cost me an additional $100 to take care of so I spent $900 in repairs not even a month into owning the SUV. I replaced the air filter and it was the dirtiest air filter I've seen so far and I've owned a lot of vehicles...changing an air filter is one of the cheapest and easiest things to do and it should've been done before I bought the vehicle. I left Apex Auto a voice mail about the issues and never heard back. I understand I bought a used vehicle but these are issues I shouldn't have had to deal with. I still appreciate the smooth transaction with Mike when I bought the vehicle and they seem like great guys..this is a learning experience for all. Two things in my life recently happened that initiated a need for a new vehicle, I had a second child and needed another 4-door vehicle and my other car had a serious repair come up. I'm the kind of person to do crazy research before buying things so I looked at thousands of cars online all over Wisconsin and neighboring states and was only interested in a Lexus LS250/350 or an Acura MDX. I had found several at the Goben dealerships but felt they were overpriced for the mileage, well sure enough I found one at Apex Auto. I went and looked at it, took it for a test drive and everything was great other than a couple minor things. Mike was helpful and 0% pushy which is something I really appreciate. I bought the vehicle and have been really happy overall. It was a really smooth transaction and I would definitely do it again.
