      I would not recommend this bank to anyone. We tried to refinance our commercial property and were lead to believe that this something they could do and were interested in. They asked for all of our personal information and appropriate documents and then just cut off all communication. Gerald (I believe that was his name) finally answered and said he passed our information on to someone else and that they would be in touch with us and nobody ever called or contacted us. We wasted months on this when they should have just communicated with us so we could have moved on to someone else. Very unprofessional.
