      Mortgage was moved from another bank to this one, they removed there guest pay option for some reason and now when we try to call and pay it could be upwards of 50 calls and still no answer. They are extorting money from us at this point by not answering and only answering days after the due date, they said the online banking should work now and they blocked our account after adding a card to it. Not only that we still can't pay and they still haven't answered. This company is not for you, im not even in Tennessee yet they have an Illinois mortgage.

      Started the process of applying for a construction loan. Furnished all images, apps, and docs that were requested on our first call. Had to call 12 different times just to reach Steve which is who was handling our application. I than got a call from Kim finally.I left messages and sent emails to both Steve and Kim to answer a simple question over the next two weeks to no reply. This bank lacks the ability to provide customer service or the interest should I say. I canceled my application at the end of the day because I refuse to do business with a bank that has no interest in customer service.
