      First off, The teller was very friendly but that’s not what I’m going to complain about. My wife has had an account here since it opened as Apex (and the two branches before this name change as well) and she has had the same information, address, marital status etc. She has received several deposits from multiple sources such as income tax, child credits, stimulus checks etc, these all have been in both of our names and there’s never been an issue or problem. This year, they let every check EXCEPT the income tax for this year to be deposited and available. They went as far as not letting her get any money from her account, and even put a block on her debit card. This made several bills late and other problems. So I had to come in with her to be added to the account to get the block off and to get the money out, ONLY to just close the account because of this.

      Love this branch.. have caught fraud several times and been quick about it. MasterCard made good, it was there mistake. I do all my banking w Apex.
