Update: Someone from the branch did call to follow up with me. I called them back twice and left a message both times. I never received a call back. Customer service is impossible to reach and forget getting anything accomplished in a timely manner! When they finally call you back, you get disconnected and I guess they just move on to the next person. It took more than an 8 hour day just for a password reset. I didn't choose this credit union for my car loan and I can say with certainty that I will never choose to do business with them again.
