I currently have two loans with them that are in good standing. Yet get refused for a refinance because my ex wife ran up a credit card in 2005 and I paid a settlement amount. Said I will NEVER qualify for a personal loan or a refinance. Even though my one loan already is a refinance. Was told it slipped through the cracks and never should have happened. So I'm being penalized for paying off a settlement debt just the same as someone who made no attempt to pay off a debt at all. Even though this was 17 years ago. This bank obviously doesn't believe in second chances and holds a grudge...even towards existing customers.

It's a bank ! A Federal Credit Union. It's ok but if you need bank account help on A Weekend your out of luck !
