      Went in and the girls where amazing.Rachel helped me get my truck refinance and got me in contact with the right people. The girls that work their are curtesy and very professional at their job. I like the girls in JC but it’s much easy dealing face to face when getting a loan or bank services.

      I have been with them from the beginning, about 25 years ago. I couldn't say anything good enough about them. They're the reason I had no dealing with banks. Not only Norton but all the AFCU's were extremely efficient and friendly. They used to go beyond anything I could expect. But recently they have gone to Hell. all the good employees have quit and gone to local banks in the area,They completely changed the operating system and credit card company. I have had nothing but trouble since. I Stopped all but one of my income sources from coming there, and am working to stop that one. I canceled my credit card, withdrew my CD's, savings, and emptied my safe deposit box. I only keep the minimum $5.00 there in my checking till, I can get rid of them completely. I get tired of seeing employees driving $50,000 Vehicles, and building multi million dollar buildings, knowing that I'm paying for them. Well not me. They'll never get another cent of my money.

      Place is a Joke, The get away with a lot of Illegal stuff, I’ve been dealing with a mess with them since 2016. And they keep randomly opening a closing an account. And I mean they did forge my signature as well on a loan that was not mine. Stay away from this place because they will destroy your credit and laugh about it when you try to fix it. Eastman is 100 times better customer service wise and all around better banking.
