First timer, and lo and behold the ATM didn't work. Please fix this issue!!! Also, would be better to get an upgraded ATM that does not require envelopes.

Watch out!!! If it happens to decide to invest in CD ( Certificate Deposit) make sure to go get your money as soon as your contract due. Because we’ve learned the hard way; Apple bank closes at 3:00 pm and we couldn’t go to get our money back that week so, my wife had to run quick after work before they close but at the end, they refused to give us our money back unless we pay a $ 500 penalty for letting the contract passed over one week and no one mentioned anything about penalty when we signed in for CD.Then they told us that the CD contract is renewed automatically for another year, we felt like we’ve being scammed so they kept our money for another year. Please be careful out there if you open a CD with apple bank and get your money as soon as your contract due...

They don't tell you about the fees, they charge you $2 Fees to use their own ATM. I am not talking about other bank ATM, I went to the branch ATM and they charge me $2. Who knows what other fees they will charge me next.
