Customer service does not exist ...! two absolutely unpleasant people a man who only speaks English (according to him) and a woman with such a bad face that I felt as if I was going to ask him for something as a gift, I just wanted some information and I consider if a person does not know how to smile and because of his heavy nature he does not has a little kindness ... PLEASE do not attend public ...

Worst customer service ever! People don't even say hello to clients. Their faces are like if you are there to ask a favor but you are not welcome. Just to remind employees there "We are not there to ask a favor" you have a job because we decided to put our money in the bank where you happen to work. Other branches are not at all like this one. I gave a 1 star rating because there is no "0" to give.
