Customer service is not a priority at this location. The staff pretends to be busy while the patrons have to wait for a long time to receive service. Customer service staff needs to be trained on the etiquettes

The Apple Bank ATM machines in there banks are out dated. The feature for anyone tp deposit a check in the amount of their desire is not available. The reason for this is that too often you ATM machines can not read the amount on the check or the machines display invalid check, when you make the transaction with a bank teller there is no major issues at all with the check that anyone is trying to deposit. We are in a new decade and Apple Back machine's are in the past time zone old technology.
