The people in this bank are freaking awesome. Elena was very helpful, diligent and sweet. The security guard, whose name I wasn't able to get was the best. Very good people here!

More than a month passed as a bank employee promised me that I could use online banking. last week they promised to write me login details to my email. I received the letter today - a week later. I still can't use online banking. Horrible bank.

On this branch service staff are rare and don't respect for customers. They not busy all time, but their behavior show - they are bosses : not smile, not kind words, like a robots. I wanted to open an account, but after all I went avay to find another bank. I am senior sitisen and regret I visited this branch
