  Conducted business on May 17, 2022 at Apple in New City. As usual everyone in the bank was extremely friendly and courteous. Mr. M. Friedman / Manager was eager to assist me , and was beyond amazing. I have banked with Apple Bank for well over 40 yrs., commencing at 161st Street River Ave., in the Bronx when I was working at Yankee Stadium as the Yankee Batboy. Then the Maiden Lane Branch when I was working at 32 Broadway, the Pelham Branch when I lived in Co -Op City, the Scarsdale Branch & Monsey. By far all the previous branches treated me very well, but New City is a whole different experience, and wins the trophy for what every bank should be. They are the model for which every banking system should emulate. ( I am not being biased , I have utilized several other entities, my loyalty is to Apple Bank & my new home branch New City). Thank you Mr. Friedman and your wonderful group of associates !!!!!

  Kudos to Apple Bank in New City! Our experience with them since they opened has been outstanding. I’ve been a customer of Apple Bank for many years. Their rates are always competitive. We primarily used Apple Bank’s online service because their Monsey branch is not in a convenient location for us. We were very happy they opened a branch in New City closer to home. In recent years, we have very low expectations from any banks in terms of their rates and services, i.e., Chase, Key, Capital One, Connect One, etc.. However, when we went to Apple Bank in New City last year to open a CD and a Choice Checking account, we were surprise they have so much to offer. Checking account with earnings of 0.75% APY. Competitive CD rates. Free gifts and prize drawing for Apple Airpods Pro. You’re not going to find this from any other local banks. Also the customer service representative was friendly and efficient. She entered us in to the prize drawing which we didn’t think much of it because usually nothing ever comes of it. When we were about to leave, the branch manager, Mark Friedman, came over to say hello and asked whether we celebrate the Lunar New Year. We said we certainly do. He went to the back and got us some beautiful red gift envelopes and a Lunar New Year calendar. We were very impressed by his gesture because we’ve asked many banks in Rockland County whether they have the red gift envelopes, they had no idea what we were talking about. Yet, Apple Bank in New City cared enough to recognize the Chinese /Asian American culture and approached us about this. This meant a lot to us and made us feel like a valued customer. Apple Bank deserves the Asian community’s business. To top this off, several weeks later, we received a call from Apple Bank of New City informing me that I’ve won an Apple Airpods Pro from the prize drawing! OMG!!! I just picked it up and it’s for real. I can no longer say I never win anything. We love this “neighborhood banking.” Apple Bank of New City, you’re our number one bank! 😊😊👍👍
