      Took my truck to have tires changed and other items done to it over 700.00 worth of work. They did it but did not sink the new tires they put on. Then on top of it one tire was going flat. My husband had to change that tire so he could make his delivery. Took video of it and you can hear the hissing of the air leaking. Took it back and they had the nerve to charge us their mistake and charging us if they would have sunk the tires they would have caught it and also hear air leaking out. I know it was to closing time when they got done so I am sure they did not want to stay to repaired. $130.00 it is the principle of it. She asked why we did not bring back right away ? We pick it up after hours told her no one there. Can Believe It they screw up and we get charged WOW. Will not be taking anything back there again .......... I would not even give them 1 star but had to select something in order to post :(

      Our service advisors were Colleen and Jeff Hir. Jeff made sure that every one of our concerns were addressed and fixed. He kept us updated every step of the way. He used our arrow service coupons to get the best price. He used our reward points to reduce our bill which helped a lot. We have used arrow service for many years. Jeff and colleen did an outstanding job to help us to feel safe in our 2014 traverse again.
