      The staff are amazing, and it’s no surprise that the Chantilly branch is my best location. Keep doing what you do.

      Terrible place to go for anything. The lady sits on the front desk is really bad helping or explaining things. I had visited 2 times this place and same experience from the front desk. This time I went to apply for an auto loan and she was keep telling apple credit union is best and not ready to explain me what will be the interest rate. Rather trying to apply for it. Again other person helping her was saying blunders about dealership where I purchased the car. Finally I understood that the rates wont work for me and then she was asking me to wait for cancelling membership application they had started. Avoid this location even if you like this bank.

      Went in to get a consolidated loan, branch manager goes and applies for a new loan making it seem like I am adding more debt to what I am requesting. Got denied. Went to a different institution and was approved INSTANTLY. Do not recommend going to this branch, manager there doesn’t know what he is doing or what type of loan you’re requesting.
