I cannot say enough wonderful things about Anthony L. He truly is the epitome of excellent customer service. He has taken time to chat with me off and on for almost a year about what the best options are for my goals. He is extremely professional, patient and willing to go the extra mile. I am so grateful that he was the person who called me back after a loan inquiry last year. Do whatever you can to keep him around, he is a GEM! :)

Require full tax returns on all auto loans. Just no common sense. Forget working with their auto loan department. Must always speak with a supervisor to get anything done. Employees do not listen or understand their own products and are very rude. I no longer do business with these folks. Require full tax returns on auto loans. Was able to get a full loan approval within minutes online from Navy Federal Credit Union, while Apple FCU required full blown tax returns. Just not worth it.

Worst customer service. My wife was over an hour on the phone and all of the people she got transferred were rude and seem like we were bothering them by calling. They were cutting her off while she was talking and transfers her to multiple people. We’ve been with them for year, took two car loans with them (paid them off) and also have a business account. But after today we are closing our personal and business accounts and taking our business somewhere else. My wife is a teacher and they certainly not care about their cuatomers.
