I think 10 days is too long for a payment to be held to post to your acct.. but if I pay Western Union or Money Gram 24 to 48 hrs .. why pay someone else money to pay my card balance ..

Had applied for this credit and it was sent to wrong address on file 3 years ago. Someone Fraudulently charged $1100 worth of stuff. They investigated and sent me a letter saying I was not responsible. Now three years they keep showing up on my Experian report. I filed an dispute and the account was removed. They put the account back on Jan 8th 2021. I spoke with William Fletcher and he mailed me out an Affidavit, told me he received it and that I would get a correspondence by mail. I never did! Reached out to him a few days ago and he claimed he never received Affidavit. William also claims Experian wasn’t supposed to delete the account from my credit file. I have since filed a claim with BBB

Had high hopes when I opened my 2 accounts about 3 years ago. Found the small size of the bank was a problem, customer service did not exist: phones are not answered, the recorded message says leave a message and we will call you back, often 4-5 hours later on a business day. Debit card did not work, called the receptionist who said they were having trouble at the bank and I should try the card tomorrow; after many tries with the debit card, eventually found out that my debit card had been locked for once making an error in entering my PIN. No branches in other states and no national call center. Very difficult to reach anyone in their wire department, 20 calls to their main telephone number is not an exaggeration to try to get through on a business day. When I did get a call back, I mentioned I would draw down my checking account and close the one remaining account in 30 days and the bank closed it immediately without notice so my outstanding checks bounced.
