I don’t normally review but can greatly appreciate what they did for me and my wife. Never had heard of them and when they had to appraise our home (with a construction loan) I was very nervous. Matt met me out at the property and took tons of time to go over what we were going to do to the property. He was very courteous and patient with us, letting me go through all the details in detail. You really feel like he is listening and with some companies you might feel skeptical but don’t feel this way with them. He genuinely listens and gave a very fair appraisal that helped my wife and I to build our future on. Thanks guys

Would never ever recommend this company to do your appraisal! My home sets in the middle of other homes that start at 125,000 and up and with Zillow and other sites quoting my home at 131,000 and higher. This clown disguised as an appraiser appraised my home at 85,000. I'm insulted. Don't use this company! Not unless you want your home appraised at half the value!
